PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a root pot fixing tool for a planted tree capable of fixing a root pot corresponding to the outer diameter of the root pot by a simple method even if the planted tree grows up to a large size. SOLUTION: This root pot fixing tool for a planted tree is equipped with a base 1 composed of radiately extended arm parts 2, guide members 4 having a crosssectional L-shaped engaging channel 3 fixed along the top of each arm part 2 of the base 1, pressing struts 5 which are slidably meshed with the engaging channels 3 of each guide member 4 and are stood and sheath members 6 slidably inserted from the upper side parts of the pressing struts 5. Pressing members 7 are fixed to the inside of the sheath members 6. Belt loops 9 through which belts are passed in the traverse direction are laid outside of the sheath members 6. A root pot of a planted tree is installed approximately at the center of the base 1 to press the proper heights around the root pot by the pressing members 7 of the sheath members 6 inserted into the pressing struts 5 stood on each guide member 4, to surround the outer periphery of the root pot by the belts inserted through the belt loops 9 of the each sheath member 6 and to fasten the outer periphery of the root pot.
