OVERLORD RELAY ASSEMBLY FOR INVERTER COMPRESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integratedly form an existing overload relay and a socket terminal provided for power source supply. ;SOLUTION: An overload relay 1 has a temperature sensor on the surface, and tag terminals are provided on the back face. A contact block 6 is fixed to a tag terminal 12 of terminal number 3. A tag terminal 13 of a terminal number 1 is connected to one terminal of a single-phase AC power source. A tag terminal 14 of terminal number 2 is connected to an input terminal of a rectifying circuit, and a temperature sensing element is connected between the tag terminals. Female pin terminals 7 to 9 are provided to a surface of a socket terminal 2, corresponding to male pin terminals of R, S, and T phases of the terminal. A holding portion 4 of the contact block 6 is formed to the top surface of the socket terminal 2. A gripping means 3 of the overload relay 1 is attached to the side, and the overload relay 1 is gripped so as to be integrated into the socket terminal 2. A tab terminal to be connected to three-phase AC terminals R, S, and T on the secondary side of an inverter module is provided to the back face.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
