PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a first winding of a roll screen from the side of a side plate without removing a winding pipe from the side plate even if the roll screen is mounted in a window frame or in the form of multiple windows. ;SOLUTION: This device includes an adjustment drum 28 rotatably mounted on a side plate 14, with one end of the adjustment drum 28 exposed from an opening 14a provided in the side plate 14, the adjustment drum 28 capable of being controlled from the opening and rotated; an adjustment dial 30 mounted on the outer periphery of the adjustment drum 28 and arranged between a winding pipe 16 and the side plate 14; a driving drum 32 connected to one end of a spring 20 to transmit the rotation of the adjustment drum 28 to the spring 20; and a clutch spring 38 provided on the inner periphery of the adjustment dial 30 to prevent the transmission of the rotation from the spring 20 to the adjustment drum 28.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
