PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kraft pressure sensitive adhesive tape which has good application properties such as sealability and rewindability and is excellent in laminating properties, non-slip properties and writing properties and also in heat resistance by combining a silicone-based releasing agent and a pressure sensitive adhesive. SOLUTION: There is provided a kraft pressure sensitive adhesive tape comprising a silicone-based releasing agent on one surface of a substrate and a pressure sensitive adhesive on the other surface of the substrate, the silicone based releasing agent comprising (a) an addition reaction type silicone based releasing agent containing an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having 3 or more hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms in one molecule, (b) a cellulose derivative and (c) a platinum series catalyst with the wt. ratio of (a) to (b) represented by (a)/((a)+(b)) in the range of 0.10-0.75.
