PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut and separate a spike pin from a base material sheet through the formation of a base part with a pin part positioned at the center even with the generation of the subtle format change of a rubber formed base material sheet due to temperature and humidity at the time of cutting to separate the spike pin from the rubber formed base material sheet of spike pins with pin parts protrusively provided on the sheet face at constant spaces and integrally formed. SOLUTION: A rubber formed base material sheet 4 of spike pins 10 is placed upside down on a block 1 with through holes large enough to insert pin parts 5 and disposed at the same spaces as the protrusively formed spaces of the pin parts 5, and the protruded pin parts 5 are fitted into the through holes of the block 1 to fix the rubber formed base sheet 4 in the covering state onto the block 1. The sheet 4 is then cut being punched by a punch 7 with a cylindrical cutting edge 6 one size larger than the base part of the pin part 5 so as to be able to form a base part 11 of the spike pin 10 by making the center of the through hole and cylindrical cutting edge 6 coincide with each other.
