PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter to be forwarded which can be inexpensively prepd. by using a printed matter with an ordinary standard and a sealing tape for the printed matter to be forwarded used for this, etc. ;SOLUTION: At least twice-folded printed matter main body 2, a sealing tape 10 for sealing an end 5 of this printed matter main body 2 and a forwarding class information part 8a such as a separately paid mail are provided. The sealing tape 10 has a belt-like tape main body spreading over the front and the back of a cover 3 of the printed matter main body 2 along the end 5 and a pressure-sensitive adhesive material 10b for bonding releasably this tape main body on the cover 3. A non-tacky part 10e to the printed matter main body is provided on a part of the back of the tape main body facing to the end 5 of the printed matter main body 2.
