PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an article to be packaged for which a large number of flexible sheets are stacked, being housed in a packaging bag made of a thermoplastic resin film, from slipping, and also, prevent the position of a hanging hole on the flexible sheets being stacked by a large number, from being dislocated, and facilitate the placing of the hanging hole on a hanging rod. ;SOLUTION: At an upper location of an article to be packaged 1, a through hole 3 which goes through flexible sheets being stacked by a large number, is formed, and the front and rear covering surfaces 4, 5 of a packaging bag 2 made of a thermoplastic resin film are heat-bonded to each other by the through hole 3. By doing so, a heat-bonded part 6 which can prevent the flexible sheets being stacked by a large number, which are the article to be packaged 1, from slipping from each other, and can prevent the housed position of the flexible sheets, based on a specified housing position of the packaging bag, from being dislocated, is formed.
