By this method, the compressed air exists in sliding face between the mallets 4a, 4b and the mallet holding holes 5a, 5b, and lubricating action can be executed and also invasion of the powder, etc., is prevented, and the grating of mallet used to the powder compacting machine, for which the lubricating action is not desirable, can be prevented.
