PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a form by attracting the form composed of a thin steel plate on a magnet body attracted on the lower face of a lower steel plate to be disposed on both the sides of a flange on a girder, and pushing a flange position-corresponding part on the girder of the form by a pushing tool. ;SOLUTION: A plurality of rectangular magnet bodies 3 are disposed to be attracted in the direction of a bridge axis of the corresponding parts of both the sides of an upper flange 2a on the main girder 2 of the lower face of the lower steel plate 1 of a steel and concrete composite floor board 1 at a proper interval. A form 4 formed by a thin steel plate is attracted on the magnet body 3 disposed to be attracted on the lower face of the lower steel plate 1b of the composite floor board 1, and an interval between the lower steel plate 1b and the upper flange 2a is disposed to be closed on both the sides of the upper flange 2a of the main girder 2. Furthermore, a pushing tool 5 is attached to the lower face of the magnet body 3 through a bolt 5a, and a bevel gear 5b is rotated to push the form 4 by the position corresponding part of the upper flange of the main girder 2.
