PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the work cost of repair and improvement and reduce a construction period by placing a steel tube sheet pile on a seabed close to an already set inclined and fallen down harbor civil engineering structure, and filling and solidifying the mixture of dredging earth, solidifying material, water and fiber. ;SOLUTION: When an already set harbor civil engineering structure 1 existing in the boundary of a land and sea is inclined and fallen down, a steel tube sheet pile 2 is placed in a near seabed 3, and dredging earth is sampled from the seabed 3 by a dredger 6 to be pumped to a mixing device 5 on the dredger 6 through a mud pumping pipe 7 to mix dredging earth, solidification material, water and fiber so as to make a mixture 4. A space between the steel tube sheet pile 2 and the already set harbor civil engineering structure 1 is filled with the mixture 4 to solidify, the already set inclined and fallen harbor civil engineering structure is supported and reinforced to complete repair work. A steel sheet pile may be used in stead of the steel tube sheet pile 2. Thereby as compared with the case in which back-fill material such as sand and soil, and crushed stone is filled, stress produced in the steel tube sheet pile 2 is reduced, length of the steel tube sheet pile can be shortened, a construction cost is reduced and a construction period can be shortened.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
