PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water bottom ground leveling construction method, a device therefor and a water bottom ground leveling work barge by which an upper surface of the water bottom ground can be accurately and horizontally leveled under uniform pressure without being influenced by a water flow. ;SOLUTION: The water bottom ground B is tamped and horizontally leveled by applying vertical directional impact to a damper 6 by an impact means 7 after the damper 6 of a water bottom ground leveling device 5 is horizontally landed on the water bottom ground B. Since the damper 6 is not made to flow and inclined by water flow before applying impact after being landed on the bottom, an upper surface of the water bottom ground can be accurately and horizontally leveled under uniform pressure without being influenced by the water flow.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
