PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a troublesome operation by editing data so that a call number comes to a head of transmission data in the case of selecting the call number after a message is generated. ;SOLUTION: This system is provided with a storage area 4 storing data, a tone dialer 8 that generates and stores transmission message and sends data, a control section 2 that edits the call number and the transmission message and a driver 7 that blocks transmission of a tone dialer signal outputted from the tone dialer between the call number and the transmission message. In the case of selecting the call number after transmission data are generated, the data sent from the tone dialer 8 are moved to the head of the call number and switch 9 stops tentatively the tone dialer signal. Thus, the control section 2 informs the reception of a call to a notice section 3 when the signal is matched with address information of its own. When the tone dialer 8 sends the signal, a list of call numbers is displayed on a display section 6 from an area 4 storing telephone directory data and the call number is selected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
