Dust invasion prevention manner and device null from opening of factory building

PURPOSE: To prevent effecitvely the intrusion of dust from an opening of a factory building by simple equipment without providing a dust preventing device occupying a factory building space and also without the necessity of a particular handling system for products. ;CONSTITUTION: An exhaust fan 12 set on a roof of a factory building 1 is stopped by sensing the inflow of atmosphere by means of an air inflow and outflow sensor 11 set in the vicinity of an opening 6 of a clean room 2 of the factory building 1 provided with a clean air supply device 8 for supplying clean air at all times, and the intrusion of dust generated by atmosphere is prevented by closing a shutter 13 placed on the inlet side of the exhaust fan 12. The operation of the exhaust fan 12 is restarted by sensing the outflow of the room air of the clean room 2 to the outside of the room by an air inflow and outflow sensor 11 and the shutter 13 is opened. The intrusion of dust from the opening of the factory building is prevented by the arrangement.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
