REINFORCING EARTH-RETAINING WALL PANEL AND REINFORCED EARTH STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light-weight and costless wall face panel, by projecting a part of an anchor metal tool to the rear face side, at the rear face part and continuously embedding the anchor metal tools in the lateral direction. ;SOLUTION: A part of an anchor metal tool 4 is projected to the rear face side, at the rear face part of a wall face panel 1 and the anchor metal tools 4 are continuously embedded in the lateral and/or vertical direction. And hence, even if a large tensile strength acts on reinforcing members for an embankment, connected to the anchor metal tools 4, owing to the settlement of the embankment, the tensile strength transferred from the reinforcing members 3 to the wall face panel 1 through the anchor metal tools 4 is evenly distributed to the whole wall face panel 1 and the concentration of stresses is avoided, as the anchor metal tools 4 made of angle steel or the like are laterally and continuously formed. Accordingly, it is not necessary to partly make thick the projecting part of the anchor metal tool or unnecessarily make thick the whole panel to reinforce it and hence, the production cost can be reduced because of the reduction of the weight and the materials.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
