PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a concentration of ozone in a sample water on the basis of the amount of an obtained sample water, by dropping in a container a reagent adjusted beforehand to show a color change in reaction to the amount of ozone, injecting gradually the sample water until the color change completes and measuring the amount of the obtained sample water. ;SOLUTION: A reagent A is adjusted beforehand, for instance, so that one drop of the reagent A (0.05 ml) reacts to an ozone water concentration 1 ppm.N100 ml. The amount of ozone reacting to the reagent A is 0.1 mg. One drop of the reagent A is dropped in a container. A sample water B containing ozone and collected in another container is injected. When a predetermined amount of the sample water is injected, perfect decoloration is brought about. When the sample water B of the ozone water concentration 1 ppm is added, the reaction takes place to cause perfect decoloration when the sample water is 100 ml. The amount of the sample water B when the decoloration is finished is obtained from a scale of the container or the like, whereby a concentration of ozone in the sample water B can be measured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
