At first, a plurality of layers of concrete of stiff consistency having a small quantity of unit water and a slump close to zero are compacted by rollers and vibrators at every layer to form a concrete layer with stiff consistency. An installation frame fitted with a vibrator 6 in advance is temporarily fixed to the semi-PC slab 3. And the concrete layer 2 of stiff consistency set immediately after it has been smoothly laid by a back hoe or an arm of an exclusive machine, is covered with the semi-PC slab while giving vibration thereto. And these are integrally formed through dowels 4 to obtain this floor slab 1.
