PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation of concrete until the concrete develops its strength, by laying concrete of stiff consistency on ground and covering it with a semi-PC slab in which a plurality of dowels are planted on one side face thereof while giving vibration to form a floor slab. ;SOLUTION: A plurality of dowels 4 as propagation members of vibration are planted on one side face of a rectangular concrete board which is designed to have a shape corresponding to the section of a tunnel to form a semi-PC slab 3. At first, a plurality of layers of concrete of stiff consistency having a small quantity of unit water and a slump close to zero are compacted by rollers and vibrators at every layer to form a concrete layer with stiff consistency. An installation frame fitted with a vibrator 6 in advance is temporarily fixed to the semi-PC slab 3. And the concrete layer 2 of stiff consistency set immediately after it has been smoothly laid by a back hoe or an arm of an exclusive machine, is covered with the semi-PC slab while giving vibration thereto. And these are integrally formed through dowels 4 to obtain this floor slab 1. The semi-PC floor slab functions as a strength member and a distributing member until the concrete layer 2 of stiff consistency develops its strength and it prevents deformation and makes it possible to begin traffic.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
