MANUFACTURE, DISASSEMBLE AND TRANSPORTATION OF DISASSEMBLE/TRANSPORTATION TYPE TRANSFORMER AND ASSEMBLING METHOD AT SITE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disassemble/transportation type transformer in which the number of man-hours for disassembling and reassembling is reduced, the assembling time on the spot is shortened, with no trouble while being transported. ;SOLUTION: While an iron core outer leg 2 and a bottom outer yoke iron core 7 are clamped with a bind 16 and a bottom outer yoke iron core clamping bracket 10, they are fixed with a steady brace jig 52 as a reinforcement and put in a transporting case 51, and a spacer 53 is disposed between the steady brace jig 52 and the iron core. A rubber and a spring, etc., are put between the steady brace jig 52 and the transporting case 51 as a cushioning member 54 to fix in the transporting case 51 for transporting. In the case iron core outer leg and the bottom outer yoke iron core, they are transported also, by fixing in the transporting case in similar structure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
