PURPOSE:To completely shut-off leaked water by forming inlet holes for filling a water cut-off agent in the cracks or places near the cracks and also induction holes in other places for inducing the water cut-off agent from inlet holes toward induction holes. CONSTITUTION:Inlet holes 5 for filling a water cut-off agent 10, which penetrate a concrete member 1 from the front face to the back face, are formed in cracks 2 on the concrete member 1 or places near the cracks. In addition, induction holes 6 are formed in the cracks or in places below near the inlet holes 5, which penetrate the concrete member 1 from the back face to the front face. In the next step, from a water filling rod 3 filling water cut-off agent 10 is poured, and a part of this agent 10 is mixed with around water and flowed out from the induction holes 6 for forming a curing body M at the portion of the backs of cracks. This constitution can completely shut-off leaked water caused by ground water.
