PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To force viruses into extinction by restraining/reducing them by removing a quantitative increase to the last end without being based on one's way of thinking of attacking and eliminating them by utilizing osmotic pressure by passing through blood of a patient into a hollow fiber membrane such as cellulose by temporarily guiding it outside the body by a pipe conduit. ;SOLUTION: This is a physical removing-exchanging system to clean, purify and reflux virus-contaminated blood without throwing away and impairing the blood guided outside the body from the artery and the vein or the like by utilizing long hollow fiber membrane groups 2 and 6 dipped in high concentration and low concentration liquids. It is stayed for a constant time until a blood cell or the like gets lean, and the contents go out of an outer membrane of the blood cell on the principle of osmotic pressure of its outer membrane itself. It flows out into an outside high concentration liquid under osmotic pressure of an osmotic membrane group from the contents and liquid component itself of the blood itself.
