PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reduce the workload and to greatly shorten the operation time by automating cost integrating operation. ;SOLUTION: A lot number chart is displayed on a CRT screen (S1) and an acquired area figure is plotted on the lot number chart (S2). The plotted acquired area figure is regarded as an area figure to be acquired. Parcels of land in the lot number chart are extracted, one by one, (S3) and it is decided whether each extracted parcel of land is inscribed in or circumscribed with the area figure to be acquired (S4). When it is judged, as a result of decision, that a parcel of land which is all in the figure to be acquired is in complete inclusion (S5) and which is partially in the object area figure to be acquired is judged that the parcel of land is in partial inclusion (S6). When it is judged complete inclusion, an acquisition cost calculating process (S7) for the completely included section is performed. When it is judged partial inclusion, an acquisition cost calculating process (S8) for the partially included parcel of land is performed. Then it is judged whether or not it is the final parcel of land (S9) and if the answer is yes, the acquisition area and acquisition cost of the calculated parcels of land are totalized (S11) and the process is ended.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
