PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm directly contents of a request from a request person accurately in real time with respect to a transaction using a phone call, to prevent an error at the entry of the opposite party receiving the phone call and to save man-hours and to automate the transactions using the phone call. ;SOLUTION: The operator receiving a phone call 271 from a request person by an operator use private telephone set 281 enter contract data to a data entry device 110 depending on contents of a contract by a conversation with the request person. The contract data are sent to a voice reply device 150, where the data are converted into a transaction content confirmation message that is voice data. In the case of the conversion, the transaction content confirmation request message is analyzed and corresponding fixed sound pieces and a part of the message are voice-synthesized and edited. The transaction content confirmation message that is the voice data is sent to a telephone set of the request person under the control of a controller 25 between an automatic telephone exchange and a computer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
