PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select whether or not a telephone voice signal is stored based on intention of a receiver side freely and to surely store the telephone voice signal from the start of a speech to the end of speech even when the storage is started on the way of the speech in the case of storing the signal. ;SOLUTION: Even in the case that it is unable to discriminate whether or not a telephone voice signal spoken at present is to be stored in a message box server 70, the telephone voice signal during reception is stored in client personal computers 50a-50n temporarily from the start of the speech through the provision of a buffer storage circuit inside. When the operator judges necessity of storage in the message box server 70, the client personal computers 50a-50n execute storage control to transfer a voice file storing the start of the speech to its end as an electronic file to the message box server 70.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
