PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct insertion and extraction to an interiorly finished pipe for pinching a seal ring and the external facing pipe of a clamping bolt easily even when a space in the upper section of the external facing pipe buried into a pit for investigation is reduced. ;SOLUTION: A long-sized external facing pipe 17 is buried and fixed into a ground in a pit for investigation functioning as grouting in combination. A long-sized clamping bolt 23, to which a plurality of shaft lever members are connected in a bendable manner, is arranged concentrically into the external facing pipe 17 in a manner that the clamping bolt 23 can be inserted and extracted at that time, seal-ring support plates 24, on which elastic seal rings 27 capable of being abutted against the inner circumferential surface of the external facing pipe 17 are placed, are installed to the clamping bolt 23, seal-ring pushing plates 25 abutted against the top faces of the elastic seal rings 27 are mounted on an interiorly finished pipe 18 consisting of a plurality of interiorly finished pipe members successively inserted to the clamping bolt 23 in a manner that the interiorly finished pipe members can be inserted and extracted, and the upper end section of the interiorly finished pipe 18 is clamped by the clamping bolt 23. Accordingly, the elastic seal rings 27 are pushed by the seal-ring support plates 24 and the seal-ring pushing plates 25, and brought into press-contact with the inner circumferential surface of the external facing pipe 17.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
