PURPOSE: To prevent that a power supply voltage of this system is not dropped even when patients requiring special attention are all displayed. ;CONSTITUTION: The nurse call system S1 installed in a hospital or the like is provided with slave sets 12 connecting to a nurse station master set 11 and each for each patient provided with a special attention display device 19 displaying special attention. The master set 11 is provided with a power supply circuit 16 supplying power for the system, slave set blocks each in which all slave sets are included and divided together with all special attention display devices 19 used simultaneously not causing voltage drop of the power supply and with an address description ROM 14 storing a block address table designating a slave set block. Thus, a slave set block designated by a block address table is called and the slave sets 11 set by a setting switch 13 are displayed sequentially for a predetermined time for each slave set block.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
