PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change the print output destinations of various types of business forms by deciding a specific printer that is previously set as a business form print data sending destination when the printer inherent information is not preset yet. ;SOLUTION: The printers 3A to 3N which are specified by the printer numbers print out the business forms to which the printer numbers are set in a business form management file F1 according to the business form ID codes even against the output request of any of personal computers 2A to 2M. Meanwhile, the printers 3A to 3M of the printer numbers set in response to the PC numbers of computers 2A to 2M, i.e., the print requesters print out the business forms of the form ID codes to which no printer numbers are set. If the installed places of printers 3A to 3N are moved and the combination of printers 3A to 3N nearest the computers 2A to 2M is changed, the printer numbers of a terminal management file F2 are rewritten.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
