ELECTRIC COPPER TRANSPORTING SYSTEM AND ELECTRIC COPPER WASHING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a system simpler and more efficient and to enable sufficient washing by installing a washing device in mid-way of a transporting conveyor and washing electric coppers by one sheet each with this washing device. SOLUTION: Cathode sheets 1 are made into starting sheet cathodes 2 by a starting sheet finishing machine 3 and are successively arrayed on starting sheet arraying conveyors A5. The starting sheet arraying conveyors are disposed in two system and are carried by a crane to an electrolytic cell where an electrolytic is effected and the electric coppers 10 are obtd. The electric coppers 10 are successively suspended by the electric copper accepting conveyors A6 of the electric copper transporting system and are temporarily stagnated. The electric coppers are then moved by one piece each to the electric coppers washing device 8 by the transporting conveyors 7. When the electric coppers 10 are moved to the central part of the washing device 8, the electric coppers are detected by detectors and are temporarily stopped by detection signals. The stop state is held for about 3 seconds and the electric coppers are washed and dried during this time. The electric coppers are successively transported and are ejected by electric copper ejection conveyors 9. Washing liquids are ejected from plural nozzles toward the electric coppers 10.
