PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attaching and detaching working for a horizontally set member by constituting a base into a shape capable of being fitted to the horizontally set member such as a beam from above, and providing a hook part locking a net on the base. ;SOLUTION: A base 1 is made by folding and forming a metallic rectangular- shaped plate into a shape capable of being fitted to a square timber 2 as a horizontally set member 2 from above. With regard to a hook part 4, a short metal rod is twisted and folded in the form of a coil, both of the ends is protruded in the mutually opposite directions respectively, and welded and fixed on both outside parts of the base 1 in the state where both of the edge parts are vertically directed. Accordingly, a net can be locked on the hook part 4 by hanging the net edge of the net on the edge part directed upward of the hook part from above, and the net can be removed by reverse working. Locking and removing working of the net can be easily performed by employing structure of the hook part 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
