PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a wind load of a super high multistory building by arranging rectangular building structures on the four sides of a void part of which the horizontal section arranged on the center is nearly rectangular, providing wind escape slits on the four corners, and rotating the building structures connected together by horizontal beams at an optional angle by a fixed story portion and laminating them. ;SOLUTION: A void part of nearly rectangular horizontal section is arranged on the center of a super high multistory building 1, along the four sides of the void part, building structures 4 of rectangular horizontal section of which one side length is equal to the side of the void part are arranged and constituted so as to surround the four sides of the void part. Wind escape slits 5 reducing wind load in the direction perpendicular to wind are respectively provided on the four corner parts of the void part, and the respective building structures 4 are integratedly connected together at the upper parts and the lower parts through horizontal beams 6.
