PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility shielding properties by absorbing the elongation of a sash cord while preventing the occurrence of unsettled state of angles of shielding of lower slats at the time of blind shielding. ;SOLUTION: Upper-lower left-right spacers 5a-5d are connected in a square- shaped frame form, a double glazing 2, in which both surfaces of the spacers 5a-5d are held by glass plates 6, 6 and the inside is sealed hermetically, is formed, and the blind 4, in which the angles of slats 9 can be adjusted, is suspended in the double glazing 2 through ladder-shaped sash cords 3. Lower ends on both sides of the sash cords 3 are joined, and the lower ends of the sash cords 3 are wound and wrapped rotatably on a bar member 45 as the weight of the lowermost end of the blind 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
