PURPOSE:To accurately grasp an actual condition of solid/liquid change of a sample by so inserting a temperature sensor into a guide pipe as to be movable in a heating chamber moving direction, and providing temperature sensor driver capable of driving the sensor in the same direction at the same moving speed as that of the heating chamber. CONSTITUTION:A furnace chamber 1, a plurality of heating chambers 10, 11 capable of moving in a direction parallel to an axial line of the chamber along the axis of the chamber, drivers 4-8 capable of moving the chambers 10, 11 at a constant speed, and a cartridge 13 capable of being inserted out of the chamber 1 into the chambers 10, 11 in the moving direction of the heating chamber and containing a sample at its end, are provided. A guide pipe 14 extended in parallel with an axis of the cartridge along the outer surface of the cartridge 13, is provided, and a temperature sensor driver 16 for so inserting a temperature sensor 15 into the pipe 14 as to be movable in the moving direction of the heating chamber and driving the sensor 15 in the same direction at the same moving speed as that of the chambers 10, 11, is provided.
