PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the cracking and peeling-off of concrete in a joining section by arranging a crack preventive reinforcement unitized by arraying and welding a plurality of L-shaped or U-shaped reinforcing bars among a plurality of vertical reinforcements to the column-beam joining section. ;SOLUTION: A frame is assembled by crossed sectional steel-framed columns 1 and steel-framed beams 2, column main reinforcements 3 are arranged, hoop reinforcements 4 surrounding the column main reinforcements 3 are disposed, unitized U-shaped joint bars 5 are arranged to the column-beam joint sections, to which the hoop reinforcements 4 cannot be disposed, and bound with the column main reinforcements 3, and crack reinforcing bars 6 unitized along the joint bars 5 are inserted and bound. The crack reinforcing bars 6 are constituted by disposing and welding L-shaped reinforcing bars or U-shaped reinforcing bars in rows along a pair of vertical reinforcements. The forms of the columns are assembled and concrete is placed. Accordingly, plain concrete sections are removed by the crack reinforcing bars 6 in the column-beam joining sections, and the cracking and peeling-off of concrete due to the drying and shrinkage of concrete and an earthquake can be prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
