PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cold-bridge action which is transmitted from the surface of foundation concrete into a building constructed on the foundation concrete. ;SOLUTION: A heat insulating plate 2 is placed to abut to the overall periphery of the outside surface of foundation concrete 1, and the upper surface S1 of an outside part formed by the upper end face of the heat insulating plate 2 and by the upper surface of the concrete serves as a part for placing a composite panel W and is made lower down to an inside part than a concrete floor face S0 by a gap G from the inner surface of the composite panel W installed. Equal angle steel 3 is secured to the outer end of the foundation concrete 1, with one side of the steel 3 being coplanar with the upper surface S1 of the outside part, and a support bolt 16 at the lower end of the composite panel W is supported by the upper surface of the angle steel, and an air-impermeable heat insulating material 20 is packed into the gap E between the upper surface S1 of the outside part and the lower surface S2 of the panel W. Therefore, cold-bridge action into the building is prevented from the outer peripheral surface of the foundation concrete 1 as well as from the outside boundary between the foundation concrete 1 and a heat-insulating exterior wall material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
