PURPOSE: To appropriately control the differential condition of the right and the left wheels by controlling the differential limit of the right and the left wheels of a vehicle. ;CONSTITUTION: A driving power distribution control device is provided with a differential mechanism 22 which allows differential operation between the left wheel side driving shaft 24 and the right wheel side driving shaft 26 of a vehicle, and at the same time, distributes the driving power to the left wheel side driving shaft 24 and the right wheel side driving shaft 26, a differential limit mechanism 23 to limit the differential operation of this differential mechanism 22, and a control means 48 to control this differential limit mechanism 23.
