PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic bottle-shaped flying time type photoelectric spectral apparatus capable of handling a large-sized sample and easy to produce. ;SOLUTION: A magnetic bottle-shaped flying time type photoelectric spectrum apparatus converts an energy spectrum of photoelectrons to the time change of an electron current by a divergent string magnetic field and a uniform weak magnetic field.
