PURPOSE: To prevent the overflow of a grout material from abutting end faces by forming tapered sections at both end faces of a coupler, to which two screw- knotted reinforcements are connected and which is made of a casting, and abutting the tapered holes of a lock nut made of the casting. ;CONSTITUTION: Screw-knotted reinforcements 2, 2 are abutted linearly against the inside of a cylindrical body section 5, in which female screws 7, 7 are formed to an internal surface. A filling hole 8 for press-fitting a grout material and a ring groove 11 communicated with the filler hole 8 are formed to an intermediate section. A coupler 3, in which tapered sections 9, 9 are formed to peripheral surfaces on the sides outer than the female screws 7, 7 at both end faces of the cylindrical body section 5 and which is made of a casting, and two lock nuts 4, in which tapered holes 10 are shaped on the inner circumferential sides of one ends and which are made of the casting, are screwed to the screw-knotted reinforcements 2. The tapered holes 10 of the casting lock nuts 4 are abutted against the tapered sections 9, thus preventing the overflow of the grount material from sections among the abutting surfaces of the coupler 3 and the lock nots 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
