PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely hold tea strainer gauze in a ring shape by using a shaft part which is so formed as to be inserted into and detached from the mesh of the gauze body of the tea strainer and a gauze lock member which has a diameter larger than that of the shaft and is constituted of a head part formed into such a state as being picked with fingers. ;SOLUTION: A tea strainer gauze C1 stored in a tea pot is formed of a belt gauze body 10 made of stainless steel, titanium, etc., having elasticity and, when it is inserted into the tea pot main body, the both end parts 14, 15 are stacked together to be formed into a ring shape and held the shape using a lock member S1. The lock member S1 is made of stainless steel and constituted of a head part 20 and a shaft part 22, the head part 20 is formed into a columnar shape having such a size as being picked up with fingers or tweezers and the shaft part 22 is formed into such a small diameter as to be inserted into the mesh of the gauze body 10. After the shaft part 22 is inserted into the mesh, the gauze is stuck to the outer circumference of the shaft part 22 by the elastic operation (restitutive force) of the gauze itself so as to be prevented form being pulled out, the side ends 14, 16 are surely locked, and the tea strainer gauze C1 is held in a ring shape.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
