PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the rotation fine adjustment mechanism and device of a rotary body for accurately and easily performing a fine adjustment operation in the rotation of the rotary body. ;SOLUTION: A mechanism or a device has an external thread 80 with a rotation operation part, a slide body 81 that is mounted to the external thread 80 in a screw pair state so that it cannot be rotated and at the same time can travel linearly owing to the rotation of the external thread 80 and a follower roller 82 that contacts the slide body 81 and is rotated owing to the linear move of the slide body 81.
