PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wiring construction and method for multiple dwelling houses which enables reception of power at each dwelling unit, irrespective of the interior finishing process inside the dwelling unit, and to improve process management which is to be performed after the power reception. ;SOLUTION: A main breaker B for dwelling units 1 of each floor is arranged inside a meter box 13 facing the common part 12 of each floor, and the primary side of the main breaker B is connected through an integrating wattmeter 18 to a vertical trunk line 17 arranged in the meter box. Inside a dwelling unit, a plurality of branch breakers B1, B2, B3,...Bn are scattered and arranged in individual rooms and are fitted being embedded in partition walls 20 of the rooms. The secondary side of the main breaker B and the primary sides of the branch breakers B1, B2, B3,...Bn are connected by the use of trunk line branch cables 22 for dwelling units which have been branched beforehand corresponding to a plurality of rooms.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
