METHOD AND DEVICE TO INFORM OF TEXT TOGETHER WITH SINGING CHANCE TO VISUALLY HANDICAPPED PERSON IN KARAOKE (SING-ALONG MACHINE) DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sing a song while touch-reading braille at a normal playing speed. SOLUTION: A device is provided with a braille font storage section 20 which receives text plotting data and converts each text character into braille symbol data and a braille display 40 which includes four columns among a columns where many braille touch reading matrices are arranged. Each matrix is the display unit of the braille symbols and constituted of either protrusions arranged in a grid-shape. These protrusions are moved up and down by a prescribed driving means in accordance with the braille symbol data. In company with playing processing, the prescribed text character columns are displayed on the broille display 40 at prescribed timing based on character train information and phrase display sequence information. The braille symbols which pass the proper timing for singing among the braille symbol columns during displaying, are successively erased. The text character trains which correspond to the proper timing, are displayed by brailled touch-reading matrix columns and the succeeding text character columns are displayed by the other braille touch-reading matrix columns.
