PURPOSE: To improve the photon detection efficiency for formation of an image by giving low-level crossover property to a autoradiographic element to be exposed. CONSTITUTION: This autoradiographic image forming assembled body 100 consists of a transparent film base body 101, front and back silver halide emulsion layer units 115, 117 formed opposite to each other covering the film base body 101, and this element absorbs X-rays and emits electromagnetic waves having 300nm wavelength so as to expose the front and back silver halide emulsion leger units for an image. Therefore, a pair of sensitizing papers 201, 202 are disposed adjacent to the front and back silver halide emulsion layer un its, respectively, and a decolorizing means for a development treating liquid is used to decrease the crossover to 10% across the electromagnetic waves of 300nm wavelength emitted from the front sensitizing paper 201 to the back emulsion layer unit 117 and from the back sensitizing paper 202 to the front emulsion layer unit 115. Thereby, a radiation image having higher photon detection efficiency can be obtd.
