PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide greening construction method for forming a habitat base having durability to waves and flood, on a slope face of the flood water's edge such as a dammed lake. ;SOLUTION: A greening construction method comprises spray forming a habitat base to a slope face of the flood water's edge. The blocks of hard habitat base 20 and the blocks of soft habitat base 30 including seeds, are arranged in stripe, so that they are alternately arranged in a slope direction, or are arranged zigzag, so that they are alternately arranged in the slope direction and the direction vertical to the slope direction, to form the habitat base.
