PURPOSE: To protect a conduction joint while increasing the tensile strength and to realize a stabilized conduction joint. ;CONSTITUTION: A conductor 5 exposed from the coated part 3 of a flat cable 1 is connected with a conductor 9 of an interconnection wire 6 at a conduction joint 10. A conductor protective member 21 is disposed on the outside of the coated part 3 in the thickness direction thereof. The conductor protective member 21 is held between dies 11 in the thickness direction and the conduction joint 10 is set hermetically in the die 11.
