CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION OF ARTIFICIAL ZEOLITE BY CIRCULATING FLUIDIZED-BED AND DEVICE FOR CONTINUOUSLY PRODUCING ARTIFICIAL ZEOLITE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the control of the reaction conditions such as alkaline concn., reaction temp., agitation and reaction time has the limits in a batch-production device, and automation and continuous production are difficult in the production of artificial zeolite. ;SOLUTION: This method of producing artificial zeolite comprises: mixing a composition contg. incineration ash or aluminosilicate with an aq. alkaline soln., producing artificial zeolite by a circulating fluidized-bed, separating the formed zeolite from the slurry and drying the zeolite. In the circulating fluidized- bed reaction device, the composition contg. incineration ash or aluminosilicate is mixed with an aq. alkaline soln., and artificial zeolite is continuously produced by the circulating fluidized bed reactor. The device for continuously producing artificial zeolite consists of the reactor 7, and artificial zeolite settling and separating tank 11, a solid-liq. separator 12 and a fluidized-bed drier 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
