PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately and efficiently control the temp. crazing which occurs at concrete. ;SOLUTION: A flowing water surface 2 is so formed as to cover the surface of the concrete 1 and the crazing control is executed by controlling at least any one of the water temp., water depth and water volume of the flowing water surface. The temp. of the concrete is measured or predicted and the tap. crazing index is so controlled as to be maintained at a management value in accordance with the result thereof. This apparatus includes a pipeline system 3 for forming the flowing water surface and a measuring means 4 for measuring or predicting the concrete temp., an arithmetic means 5 for determining the optimum control variable with at least any among the water temp., water depth and water volume of the flowing water surface as a control object in accordance with the results of the measurement and a control means 6 for controlling the pipeline system in accordance with the results of the computation by this arithmetic means. The pipeline system has a supply pipe 3a and a water collecting pipe 3b, by which the range to be controlled is segmented and the flowing water surface is formed on the inner side thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
