REMOVAL OF FINISHING AGENT AND SIMULTANEOUS DYEING OF SYNTHETIC FIBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously carrying out the removal of a finishing agent and the dyeing of a synthetic fiber or synthetic fiber woven fabric by treating the synthetic fiber or synthetic fiber woven fabric treated with a finishing agent with an aqueous liquid containing a surfactant, a dye and a specific compound. ;SOLUTION: A synthetic fiber such as a polyamide fiber or a polyurethane fiber or a synthetic fiber woven fabric comprising the fibers, treated with a finishing agent containing a mineral oil, a silicone oil or their mixture is treated in a liquid containing as essential components an anionic surfactant such as a polyether carboxylate or an amphoteric surfactant such as a betaine surfactant, one or more kinds of dyes selected from the group consisting of acidic dyes, metal complex dyes and disperse dyes, and one or more kinds of compounds selected from the group consisting of nonionic surfactants, terpene hydrocarbons, terpene alcohols, sorbitol/mannitol esters and their alkoxylates, fatty acid ethanolamides, alkylpolyglycosides and solvents at a pH of 4.0-7.5 at 80-110°C in a bath ratio of 5:1 to 100:1 to dye the fiber or woven fabric and simultaneously remove the finishing agent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
