PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily regulate the height position of a centralized panel at operating to feed and discharge liquid according to the height position of an upper turning body without exchanging a fitting part supporting the centralized panel. ;SOLUTION: A rotationally moving arm 16 connected to a centralized panel 12 is pivotally supported with the arm pivotally supporting part 15a of a fitting part fixedly provided on a boom 14, a hydraulic cylinder 17 rotationally moving the ratationally moving arm 16 in the vertical direction is pivotally supported with the cylinder pivotally supporting part 15b, but a stay 20 is further connected to the cylinder pivotally supporting part 15b. The stay 20 is provided with first brackets 33, 33 detachably connected to the upper part of the fitting part 15 by the use of a connecting pin 26, and second brackets 34, 34 pivotally supporting the hydraulic cylinder 17, hereby the centralized panel 12 is on the same position whether the housing position is connected to the stay 20 or not, but the elevatable stroke from the housing position to a liquid feeding/ discharging position is shortened to change the liquid feeding/discharging position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
