摘要

PURPOSE: To omit wastefulness such that the correction of a mold is repeated by adapting the given dimension of a molded product and shrinkage factor taken out of a data base to the relational expression between the dimensions and shrinkage factors of the molded product and the mold to form the data related to the dimension of the mold. ;CONSTITUTION: In the production of a blow mold, the shrinkage factor of a resin to be used is measured using the taking-up temp. from the mold and the thickness of a molded product as parameters to be prepared in a CPU 10 as a shrinkage factor data base 11 and the data related to the dimension containing wall thickness and taking-out temp. of a desired molded product to be molded are inputted to the CPU 10 through a keyboard 13. The data base 11 is investigated using the inputted wall thickness and taking-out temp. to take out the shrinkage factor concerned and the given dimension of the molded product and the shrinkage factor taken out of the data base 11 are adapted to the relational expression between the dimensions and shrinkage factors of the molded product and the mold to form the data related to the dimension of the mold.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
