PURPOSE: To prevent quantization distortion from being generated at the time dividing data by a filter. ;CONSTITUTION: One stage of this dividing filter 42 and this synthesizing filter 46 is respectively composed of a low-pass filter 52, a first band-pass filter 50, a second band-pass filter 49 and a high-pass filter 48 and they are repeatedly arrayed over several stages, for instance three stages. The data inputted to an input terminal 41 are divided by the dividing filter 42 of three stages, united by a multiplexer 41, passed through a transmission line 44, demultiplexed by a demultiplexer 45, synthesized by the synthesizing filter 46 of three stages and then, transmitted to an output terminal 47.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
