CONSTITUTION:When a transportation contractor inserts a management device 1 into a slot 12, an automatic controller of a locker 2 is started. When the automatic controller reads ID signals and other information of the transportation contractor from the management device 1 and identifies the transportation contractor, it indicates the ID, etc., on a display or inform the transportation contractor of the ID, etc., with voice and releases the lock of a door 7. When the transportation contractor puts goods inside the door 7, the automatic controller checks the presence of the goods through a goods recognition sensor 8. Then, an invoice 10 is inserted into the management device 1, a receipt dispenser puts a receipt stamp on the invoice 10. Finally, when the transportation contractor shuts the door 7 and pulls out the management device 1m the locker 2 cuts off the power source to bring the automatic controller to a halt.
