PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract both reversible and irreversible phase shift speeds by NMR measurement by measuring reversible and irreversible phase shift speeds in one time scanning while maintaining high sensitivity to a small value of the phase shift speeds. SOLUTION: In magnetic resonance image processing, an MR signal from a patient is received by a signal receiver 22, and is inputted to a computer 26. In this case, a first RF pulse of a flip angle is imparted, and lateral directional magnetization is generated, and next, a magnetic field gradient is imparted in the prescribed direction. After , second, a second RF pulse of a flip angle is imparted, and the lateral directional magnetization is attenuated in a different speed constant, and is divided into the first and second magnetic spin constitutions, and a second magnetic field gradient is imparted. After 2 seconds, a spin echo generated from the first magnetic spin constitution refocused by the second RF pulse is detected, and then, a gradient echo generated from the second magnetic spin constitution is detected.
